A luxury pop up restaurant for Chelsea Flower Show
Briefed to create a luxury pop up restaurant within the new Chelsea Barracks development, we worked with Michelin starred chef Oli Dabbous and collaborated with a top London caterer and florist. We oversaw the design, press launch, production, build, branding, marketing and PR for this project. Starting with a completely blank canvas we used a neutral palette of wood, cork and hessian with accents from deep green tiling alongside an impressive floral installation to create this temporary dining space.
